  • Do you use 100% natural henna in your cones?

    Yes. All our henna cones are made with pure, natural henna powder, essential oils, lemon juice, and sugar. We do not use harmful chemicals or dyes like PPD or ammonia.

  • How long does the henna stain last?

    Typically, the stain lasts 7–14 days, depending on skin type, placement of design, and aftercare. The color will start dark orange and deepen into rich brown/burgundy within 24–48 hours.

  • How can I make my henna stain darker?

    Keep the paste on your skin for at least 4–6 hours (overnight for best results). Avoid water contact for the first 24 hours after removal. Apply lemon-sugar sealant or natural oils (like coconut or clove oil) to lock in the color.

  • Do you provide bridal henna services?

    Yes. We specialize in bridal henna with customized designs ranging from traditional to modern styles. Packages can be tailored based on design complexity and coverage (hands, arms, feet, etc.).

  • Are your henna cones safe for children?

    Yes, our cones are completely natural and chemical-free, making them safe for children and sensitive skin.

  • Can I order henna products online?

    Yes, we take orders via WhatsApp, Instagram, and our website (if available). Pickup & Delivery is available across Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

  • How should I store henna cones?

    Keep them in the freezer for longer shelf life (up to 6 months). In the fridge, they last 3–4 weeks. Always keep sealed and away from sunlight/heat.

  • Do you offer bulk orders for events or salons?

    Yes, we supply henna cones and products in bulk for weddings, parties, salons, and beauty businesses. Wholesale prices are available.

  • What is the difference between natural henna and chemical (black) henna?

    Natural henna stains orange-brown to dark brown and is safe. Black henna often contains harmful PPD chemicals that can cause burns and allergies. We only use natural henna.

  • Do you travel for henna services?

    Yes, for bridal and event bookings, we provide on-location henna services (within Jeddah & nearby areas). Travel charges may apply.

  • Can I customize my henna design?

    Absolutely! You can show us reference pictures or request a unique style. We create personalized designs to suit your preference.

  • How do I remove henna stains faster if needed?

    Scrub gently with lemon juice and baking soda. Use exfoliating scrubs or soak in salt water. Note: Henna naturally fades within 1–2 weeks.

  • Do you offer training or workshops?

    Yes! We provide henna art classes (beginner to advanced). Online and offline training options are available.
